The Coaching House believes that Learning plays a key role in organisational transformation, and in ensuring that organisations are able to harness the power of their People quickly to gain or keep a competitive advantage.


We assist our clients in differentiating between Learning and Training. Learning is seen as strategic to organisational transformation as it assesses and builds the competence needed for the envisioned future. This is in contrast to a training function which concerns itself with retrospectively developing skills to fit into your  transforming organisation thus resulting in the focus being placed on trying to develop competence as opposed to being able to harness the innovative power of a competent and collaborative workforce.


It is through this lens that The Coaching House assists our clients in developing learning strategies equipping them to take advantage of workforce and market changes and to effectively overcome the challenges posed by talent shortages.
